目的探讨神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)蛋白在人胚胎发育早期脊髓前角中的分布规律及其表达意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测第2、3、4月龄段,人胚胎脊髓前角中nNOS、VEGF和Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果在第2~4个月龄段,nNOS和Bcl-2蛋白在人胚胎脊髓前角组织细胞中由弱阳性表达逐渐变为阳性表达。在第2个月龄段,VEGF蛋白在人胚胎脊髓前角组织中均呈阴性表达;第3~4个月龄段,VEGF蛋白在人胚胎脊髓前角组织细胞中由弱阳性表达逐渐变为阳性表达。结论nNOS、Bcl-2和VEGF蛋白与人胚胎脊髓前角神经元的生长发育关系密切。
Objective To investigate the distribution of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and B cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 (Bcl-2) protein in the anterior horn of human embryonic spinal cord Express meaning. Methods The expressions of nNOS, VEGF and Bcl-2 protein in the anterior horn of human fetal embryo at 2, 3 and 4 months were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In the second to fourth months of age, nNOS and Bcl-2 protein gradually changed from weak positive expression to positive expression in human fetal spinal cord anterior horn tissue cells. In the second month of age, VEGF protein was negatively expressed in the anterior horn tissue of human embryonic spinal cord. In the third to fourth months of age, the VEGF protein gradually changed from a weakly positive expression to an anterior horn tissue in human embryo Positive expression. Conclusion The nNOS, Bcl-2 and VEGF proteins are closely related to the growth and development of human fetal spinal cord anterior horn neurons.
