光化学腐蚀技术除广泛用于制造各种印制电路板、标牌、面板外还代替机械加工、近几年以来,有些单位采用光化学腐蚀法制造计算器用的不锈钢塔簧片,坡莫合金铁芯片,压制塑料模具的花纹、商标及装饰图案、各种量具读刻线等。自从近几年来干膜感光剂问事以来,光化学腐蚀技术的应用得到进一步发展。光化学腐蚀法加工的优点、精度高,成本低,周期短,设计方案修改方便。例如:用光化学腐蚀法制坡莫合金铁芯片代替冲压成型,不但省去了复杂的模具制造工序,而且解决了冲压成型起毛刺的缺陷。本文重点介绍光化学腐蚀代替机械加工、制造和加工金属零件的工艺过程及其常出现的问题和排除措施。
