亲子关系是人类社会关系中最重要最基本的关系之一,它是人类亲情关系的延续和人类自身的一种本能情感的重要依据。随着社会的不断进步与发展,亲子鉴定技术在近几年来受到越来越广泛的关注和采用,其带来的不利后果和损害也对其他相关当事人的生活带来不可估量的影响。因此,我们应当完善相关亲子关系法律,从而使得亲子鉴定所造成的损害减低到最低程度。
Parent-child relationship is one of the most important and basic relationships in human social relations. It is an important basis for the continuation of the relationship between human beings and the instinctive emotion of human beings. With the constant progress and development of society, paternity testing technology has drawn more and more attention and adoption in recent years. Its adverse consequences and damages have also brought immeasurable impact on the lives of other related parties. Therefore, we should improve the relevant law on parent-child relations so that the damage caused by paternity testing can be minimized.
