对9例恶网及19例反应性网状细胞增多症进行了骨髓细胞形态学分析,并将网状细胞按其分化程度分为四级。结果发现,Ⅰ级网状细胞不但见于恶网,亦可见于反应网;并发现由胶原性疾病所致的反应网,其浆细胞比值比恶网明显为高。因此提出在进行恶网与反应网鉴别时,应强调以临床表现为主,结合骨髓中网状细胞特点及浆细胞比值而建立诊断。
The morphological analysis of bone marrow cells was performed in 9 cases of reticular and 19 cases of reticulocytosis, and the reticular cells were divided into four grades according to the degree of differentiation. The results showed that grade I reticular cells not only found on the nephew, but also on the nets; and the reaction nets caused by collagen diseases were found to have significantly higher plasma cell ratios than the nephews. Therefore proposed in the evil net and response network identification, should emphasize the clinical manifestations, combined with the characteristics of the reticulocyte in bone marrow and plasma cells to establish a diagnosis.
