目的:探讨护理查房制度在消毒供应室中的实施效果及应用价值。方法:我院于2014年5月起在消毒供应室实施护理查房制度,对护理查房制度前后护理质量进行比较。结果:护理查房制度实施后,无菌物品消毒灭菌、洗涤、包装检验合格率均明显提高,与护理查房制度实施前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理查房制度实施后,各项护理质量评分显著提高,护理查房制度实施前比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:加强消毒供应室日常管理,并将护理查房制度深入到各项管理工作中,可明显提高消毒供应室护理质量,对控制院内感染发生具有推动作用。
Objective: To discuss the implementation effect and application value of nursing rounds in disinfection supply room. Methods: In May 2014, our hospital implemented a nursing rounds checkup system in the disinfection supply room to compare the quality of nursing care before and after the rounds of rounds of nursing rounds. Results: After the implementation of nursing ward rounds, the passing rate of sterilized articles, disinfection and sterilization, washing and packaging tests were all significantly increased, which was significantly different from that before nursing ward rounds (P <0.05) After the implementation, the nursing quality scores increased significantly, and the nursing ward rounds were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the routine management of disinfection supply room and to deepen the rounds of nursing ward rounds into various management work, the nursing quality of disinfection supply room can be obviously improved, which has a promoting effect on the control of nosocomial infection.
