创建军事志编纂学,首先要搞清楚其基本理论,明确研究对象,寻觅科学的研究方法。军事志编纂学具有一定的政治性、综合性、多科性和应用性,主要有编纂史、编纂理论、编纂过程、编纂管理和编纂技术等五部分组成。其研究方法要坚持马克思主义的立场、观点分析问题、解决问题,同时要借鉴、学习新的科学方法,面向实际,开展调查研究和进行广泛学术交流。
To create a military compilation of poetry, we must first find out its basic theory, a clear research object, looking for scientific research methods. Military compilation of poetry has a certain political, comprehensive, multi-disciplinary and applicability, mainly composed of five parts: compilation history, compilation theory, compilation process, compilation management and compilation techniques. Its research methods should adhere to the Marxist stance, analyze and solve problems from the perspectives, and at the same time draw lessons from and learn new scientific methods, conduct investigations and conduct research and carry out extensive academic exchanges.
