患者 ,女 ,3 2岁 ,家住农村。因妊娠 2 6周 ,自觉无胎动前来就诊。追问病史 ,患者曾于妊娠前一周患“感冒” ,经服药后治愈。孕两个月时又患“感冒” ,经在当地诊所治疗 ,给予青霉素、病毒唑、新诺明及对症药物等静脉点滴及口服 ,1 0天后“治愈”。之后一直未进行过正规产前检
Patient, female, 32 years old, lives in rural areas. Because of pregnancy 2 6 weeks, consciously without fetal movement come to treatment. Asked history, the patient had a week before pregnancy suffering from “cold”, after treatment cured. Two months pregnant, she also suffered from “cold”. After being treated in a local clinic, her intravenous drip and oral administration of penicillin, ribavirin, cotrimoxazole and symptomatic drugs were given and “cured” after 10 days. Has not been conducted after regular prenatal care
