目的:分了解某甲醛厂职业病危害因素状况,对超标岗位或工种提出控制措施和建议。方法:对甲醛厂生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查、检测和分析。结果:各工作场所作业工人接触毒物浓度个别岗位或工种不符合国家职业卫生限值标准要求;有30%的工作场所或工种的噪声强度超过国家职业卫生标准要求。结论:该厂工作场所存在的职业病危害因素主要有甲醇、甲醛、甲酸和噪声等,个别工作场所中的职业病危害因素不符合职业卫标准要求,应该改善作业环境,加强个人防护,完善规章制度和措施,保护劳动者健康,降低职业病发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of occupational hazards in a formaldehyde plant and to put forward control measures and suggestions on excessive posts or types of work. Methods: On-site investigation, testing and analysis were conducted on the occupational hazards existing in the production positions or types of formaldehyde plants. Results: The exposure of working workers to workplace exposure to certain concentrations of occupational health or occupational health did not meet the national occupational health standards. Thirty per cent of workplaces or occupations had noise levels exceeding the national occupational health standards. Conclusion: There are mainly occupational hazards in the workplace such as methanol, formaldehyde, formic acid and noise. The occupational hazards in individual workplaces do not meet the standards of occupational health standards. They should improve the working environment, strengthen personal protection, improve rules and regulations and Measures to protect the health of workers and reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
