本文在借鉴现有对技术轨道跃升影响要素研究的基础上,根据要素的不同来源,对影响跃升的要素进行了区分,并使用高科技上市公司的调研数据对技术轨道跃升在技术创新和创新绩效之间的调节作用进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,技术轨道跃升在技术创新与创新绩效之间具有明显的调节效应,但是技术轨道跃升的内外部影响要素对技术创新与创新绩效之间的调节作用存在着较大差异。技术轨道跃升的外部条件要素能够增强技术创新和创新绩效之间的关系,但内部动力要素和兼顾内外的影响要素则对此作用不显著。基于以上分析,提出相应的对策:建设技术创新轨道,提升技术创新战略;提高内部管理水平,整合内部知识资源;塑造创新型文化,鼓励主动创新。
Based on the existing research on the influencing factors of technological orbital leap, this dissertation makes a distinction between the factors that affect the leap according to the different sources of the factors, and uses the research data of high-tech listed companies to analyze the technological orbital leap in technological innovation and innovation performance The regulatory role between the empirical study. The results show that the technological orbit jerk has obvious regulation effect between technological innovation and innovation performance, but the internal and external factors influencing technological orbit jerk have a great difference on the regulatory function between technological innovation and innovation performance. The external conditions of technological leaps and bounds can enhance the relationship between technological innovation and innovation performance, but the internal dynamics and the internal and external factors have no significant effect. Based on the above analysis, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed: building a track for technological innovation and upgrading technological innovation strategy; improving internal management level and integrating internal knowledge resources; shaping an innovative culture and encouraging proactive innovation.
