服务正在成为企业的核心竞争力之一,服务创造价值的理念已获得更多企业的认可。越来越多的制造商将“用户满意”作为企业的服务口号和目标。这是竞争的需要,也是行业发展使然。在中国工程机械工业协会用户工作委员会和中国质量协会工程机械分会2011年会上,发布了2011年度混凝土机械、筑养路机械行业“服务十强企业”评价结果,并为获奖企业颁发奖杯。这是工程机械行业首次针对服务发布“十强企业”。
Service is becoming one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the concept of service to create value has been more business recognition. More and more manufacturers will “customer satisfaction ” as the service slogan and goal of the enterprise. This is a competitive need, but also the development of the industry. At the 2011 Annual Meeting of China Construction Machinery Association User Working Committee and China Quality Association Construction Machinery Branch, the 2011 Concrete Machinery, Construction Machinery Industry “Top 10 Service Companies ” evaluation results were released and the trophy awarded to the winners. This is the first time that the construction machinery industry has released “Top Ten Enterprises” for services.
