由《人民司法》、《人民法院报》、《最高人民法院公报》于2006年联合举办的第二届应用法学研究有奖征文,共收到论文约1500篇,经过评委认真评议,从中评出一等奖2篇,二等奖10篇,三等奖15篇,另设组织奖2名。(获奖文章及作者名单附后)评选委员会由11名评委组成,最高人民法院副院长黄松有任主任,最高人民法院,最高人民法院有关庭、室负责人和有关诉讼法学专家担任评委。谨向所有关心、支持本刊的读者、作者表示衷心的感谢。欢迎有更多的作者参加2007年以物权法理论与实务问题为主题的第三届应用洪学研究有奖征文活动。
A total of 1,500 papers were published in the Second Applied Law Study jointly sponsored by People’s Court, People’s Court and Communique of the Supreme People’s Court in 2006. After careful appraisal by the judges, 2 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 15 third prizes, and another 2 organization awards. (Winning articles and author list attached) Selection Committee consists of 11 judges, the Supreme People’s Court Huang Song, vice president, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Court of the relevant court, room chief and relevant litigation law experts as judges. I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to all readers and authors who have expressed their concern and support for this publication. More authors are welcome to participate in the 2007 Symposium’s Essay Contest on the Subject of Real Right Law and Practice.
