传统村落文化是人类文化的遗留,也是人类发展历史的见证。传统村落文化分为物质文化和非物质文化,具有很高的历史研究价值。但目前传统村落文化却面临重大的挑战,其主要表现形式为文化安全保护意识需要增强、传统村落文化发展不均衡、传统村落文化管理制度不完善、文化产业单薄和发展落后以及法律对文化保护的遗漏等等。所以,对传统村落文化产业的保护和发展、建立健全的文化发展制度和法律环境,弘扬传统村落文化的教育,使其文化产业得到不断壮大和发展,已成为河北传统村落文化的主要发展路径。
