1998年12月30日下午,由中国建筑技术研究院组织的“住宅沙龙”在该院的人才培训中心举行了第十二次活动。这次活动的话题是“国际老人年与老人居住建筑”。 随着科学技术的不断进步,“人过70古来稀”已经成为历史。据统计,目前世界上60岁以上的老人以每天100万的速度增加。如何为这些老人提供一个舒适的生活空间,使他们能够在把自己的宝贵年华奉献给社会之后,有一个轻松、愉快的生活环境供其安度晚年。这个问题已经引起了各国政府的高度重视。各种托老所、敬老院等社会化老人服务机构应运而生。
On the afternoon of December 30, 1998, the “Home Salon” organized by the China Academy of Building Technology held the twelfth event at the talent training center of the hospital. The topic of this event is “The International Elderly People and the Elderly Living Building.” With the continuous advancement of science and technology, “70 years old people have become history.” According to statistics, at present, the elderly over the age of 60 are increasing at a rate of 1 million per day. This issue has attracted the attention of governments of all countries. Various social care services for the elderly, such as nursing homes and nursing homes, have emerged.
