本文采用轴对称弹塑性非均质材料的有限元程序,分析了插销缺口局部区域的应力状态和塑性变形行为。计算结果表明,缺口处的应力集中系数在弹性范围保持不变;在塑性范围,应力集中系数随外加载荷的增加而下降。当焊缝强度较低时,塑性变形区主要在焊缝中扩大;当焊缝强度增加时,焊缝中的应力增加,塑性变形区减小。插销缺口横截面上轴向应力σ_x与外加载荷σ_N在弹性范围有如下关系: σ_x=1.8σ_N/(2πr)~(1/2) 最后,在插销试验结果应用于工程实际方面,本文应用线弹性断裂力学进行了新的尝试。
In this paper, the finite element program of axisymmetric elasto-plastic heterogeneous materials is used to analyze the stress state and plastic deformation behavior in the partial area of bolt notch. The calculated results show that the stress concentration factor at the notches remains unchanged in the elastic range, while in the plastic range, the stress concentration factor decreases with the increase of the applied load. When the weld strength is low, the plastic deformation zone mainly expands in the weld. When the weld strength increases, the stress in the weld increases and the plastic deformation zone decreases. The relationship between the axial stress σ_x and the applied load σ_N in the cross-section of the bolt notch is as follows: σ_x = 1.8σ_N / (2πr) ~ (1/2) Finally, in the practical application of the bolt test results, the linear elasticity Fracture mechanics a new attempt.
