汶川大地震过去已一个多月,抢险救援工作取得阶段性成果,受灾群众安置工作有序开展,灾后重建家园的工程已经迫切地摆在了我们面前。大地震不仅仅破坏了城乡的道路,建筑等基础设施,也使一些地区多年苦心经营的报警监控系统毁于一旦。灾后重建工作艰巨而复杂。6月中旬,本刊记者在雨中踏上了四川灾区的土地,试图探寻到这些问题的答案。
