目的探讨PDCA循环法对提高产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养成功率作用.方法成立产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养督查小组.采用PDCA管理方法 ,对2014年8月份产科病区24位的产妇乳头异常母乳喂养进行基线调查,分析根本原因,制定相应改进措施,并对2014年9月~11月的产科病区42位产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养管理进行汇总分析。结果实施PDCA循环后,产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养成功率从50%提高到80.9%。结论应用PDCA循环法落实产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养管理,可提高产妇乳头异常的母乳喂养成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation on the success rate of breastfeeding in maternal nipple anomaly.Methods To establish a breastfeeding inspection team with maternal nipple abnormality.Using PDCA management method to evaluate the effect of PDCA on breastfeeding in 24 maternity wards in August 2014 Conduct baseline surveys, analyze the root causes, and develop appropriate improvements. A summary analysis of breastfeeding management of 42 maternal nipples in maternity wards from September to November 2014 was conducted. Results After PDCA circulation, the success rate of abnormal breastfeeding of maternal nipples increased from 50% to 80.9%. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in maternal breast nipple abnormal breastfeeding management can improve the success rate of maternal nipple abnormal breastfeeding.
