作为终日奋战在第一线的教育教学人员,近十年的工作经历让我深切地体会到:“数学是思维的训练,语文是能力的培养。”要提高学生的语文素养,必须注重“以学生的发展为本”的教学理念,培养学生听、说、读、写等综合能力,让学生在语文学习中得到全面的发展。因此,我积极投身于新课程教学改革之中,并尝试着把新的教育理念和学习方式引入语文课堂教学中,指导学生积极地进行自主、合作、探究学习,在融洽的教学氛围中有意识地培养
