(一)随着以机械化、半机械化、自动化、半自动化为中心的技术革新、技术革命运动的发展,自动化生产的经验大量出现。一些产品比较单一、品种比较稳定的大量大批生产的企业,在开展自动化生产方面已经取得了许多丰富的经验。但是在单件小批生产中,成效却不那么显著。因此,如何进行生产组织的改革,迅速提高单件小批生产的自动化水平,把生产力向前推进一步,是一个急待解决的问题。单件小批生产的特点是:产品品种多、产量小、稳定性差。过去有不少人认为在单件小批生产的企业里,搞自动化没有发展前途,只能按工艺原则采用机群式的生产组织形

Some large and mass-produced enterprises, with relatively single products and relatively stable varieties, have obtained a lot of rich experience in carrying out automated production. However, in a single batch of small batch production, the effectiveness is not so significant. Therefore, how to reform the production organization, quickly increase the automation level of the single-piece small batch production, and push the productivity forward further is an urgent problem to be solved. The characteristics of single-piece small batch production are: multiple product types, small output, and poor stability. In the past, many people believed that in a single batch of small-scale production enterprises, there was no future for automation. Only the organizational structure of production could be adopted according to the principle of technology.
