电刷镀镀铬是一种发展快,用途大的新工艺,由于具有节省电能、节省工时、生产效率高、操作简单、无污染等优点,常用于机械部件、工、模具修复及各种仪器、设备微小尺寸的超精密修复中。为了保证镀铬质量,必须具有切实可行工艺规范,本文对此进行了试验研究。一、试验条件与测试方法 1.工艺方案拟定依据鉴于电刷镀的特点,我们从温度、工作电压、阴-阳极相对运动速度的筛选等方面入手,并通过测定镀层孔隙率、硬度、镀层与基体金属间的结合力、镀层的表面粗糙度等,鉴别其镀层质量,从而确定合理的工艺规范。
