我国伦理文化思想历史源远流长,但是,纵观历史,现代行政伦理却滥觞于拥有法治传统法律制度相对完善的西方国家,而作为现代化国家,我国的行政伦理发展和建设也深受西方行政伦理的影响。改革开放以来,我国行政行为的伦理失范随着社会的不断转型而显现。西方的行政伦理在我国的适应性也需要重新定位和探究。本文从中西方行政伦理文化的差异性为切入点,结合我国行政伦理的现状从而解析西方行政伦理,为我国的行政伦理建设提出可行性建议。
However, looking at history, modern administrative ethics originated from Western countries that have comparatively perfect traditional legal system of rule of law. As a modern country, the development and construction of administrative ethics in our country are also greatly influenced by western administrative ethics . Since the reform and opening up, the ethical anomie of our administrative behavior has appeared along with the continuous transformation of society. The adaptability of western administrative ethics in our country also needs to be repositioned and explored. Based on the difference of administrative ethics culture between China and western countries, this paper analyzes the western administrative ethics based on the current situation of administrative ethics in our country and puts forward feasible suggestions for the construction of administrative ethics in our country.
