目前使用的各种硬度试验机都没有测量锥体件的硬度装置。我们按正弦规原理,设计了一种可调式硬度检验台(见右图)。它可安装在洛氏或布洛维硬度试验机上,测量锥体件硬度值。操作时先取下试验机上的平面工作台,把可调式硬度试验台下的定位柱插入丝杆孔中,再紧固螺钉。调整V型工作台的角度,使被测零件的锥面母线成水平,然后拧紧支承柱4的上下螺母,以防工作时打坏金刚石压头。
At present, various hardness testing machines do not measure the hardness of the cone member. According to the sine principle, we designed an adjustable hardness test stand (see right). It can be mounted on Rockwell or Brody’s Hardness Tester to measure cone hardness. Remove the first plane on the test machine when the operation of the bench, the adjustable hardness test bench into the screw column positioning holes, and then tighten the screws. Adjust the angle of the V-table so that the tapered bus bar of the part under test is level and then tighten the upper and lower nuts of the support column 4 to prevent damage to the diamond indenter during operation.
