A real-name report of a doctor from a provincial-level poverty-stricken counties and people’s hospitals has opened a “lid” that Sichuan Province has explicitly proposed to uncover corruption in the purchase and sale of medicine. Since May 2005, Sichuan Province has launched a special campaign to rectify the crimes committed by the medical and health system in the province.
