餐具卫生状况的好坏直接关系着人民食用安全和健康,为了解餐具的卫生状况.于1995年和1996年抽样检测了本市餐具的卫生状况.报告如下:1 内容与方法从市内国营、集体、个体不同性质大小饭馆餐厅随机采取各类餐具(碗、盘子、杯子)标本.用大肠杆菌检测纸片2张.分别沾无菌生理盐水后贴于食具内侧30秒钟后取下.置于无菌塑料袋中.37℃、16~18小时后观察结果.以大肠菌群阴性为合格.
