随着社会的不断发展,经济不断进步,人们对应用型人才的需求不断提升,这就要求应用型人才在培养过程中有针对性。会计学是一门应用型学科,要求学习者具有严谨的态度和认真细心的优点。学生在学习过程中不仅需要学习基本的职业素质,还需要培养会计专业人员所具备的敏锐洞察能力和超强的心理素质以及良好的业务能力,这是一个应用型人才所应具备的良好素质。针对高校应用型人才培养现状,本文主要从会计学专业应用型人才培养教学面临的挑战以及应用型人才做应具备的素质谈起,对会计学专业应用型人才培养的教学实践提出了一些建议,仅供参考。
With the continuous development of society and continuous improvement of economy, people’s demand for application-oriented talents is on the rise. This requires that applied talents be targeted in the training process. Accounting is an applied discipline, requiring learners to have a strict attitude and careful attention to the advantages. Students in the learning process not only need to learn the basic professional qualities, but also need to cultivate accounting professionals with keen insight and super-psychological quality and good business skills, which is an application of talent should have a good quality. In view of the current situation of college applied talents cultivation, this article mainly talks about the challenges faced by accounting students majoring in applied talents training and the qualities that applied talents should have. Some suggestions are put forward for the teaching practice of applied talents cultivation in accounting major, for reference only.
