柄翅卵蜂科Mymaridae是属膜翅目Hymerno ptera小蜂总科Chalcidoidea、是一个较大的科。蜂体很细小,几乎全寄生于其他昆虫卵中生活,只有极少数寄生于蚧类、粉虱等其他虫期中。触角窝远离。中胸前侧前缘区发达并和前胸背分离。翅常具柄并有长的缘缨,翅脉退化,缘后脉和径脉不明显。产卵器常从腹部末端之前腹面伸出。根据我组二年来在我省所采水稻害虫天敌的标本中,整理出本科寄生蜂3个属4个种。
