由国家经委企业局和北京市经委共同组织的在京七个试点单位(燕山石油化工公司,首都钢铁公司、北京内燃机总厂、北京开关厂、北京电冰箱厂、北京光学仪器厂、北京油泵油咀厂油咀车间),进行了观摩和座谈,交流了经验。冶金部、中国石化总公司,北京市机械总公司等有关部门,也参加了观摩活动。大家还参加了全国企业管理现代化纲要起草研究班的开学典礼,听取了国家经委副主任袁宝华、张彦宁同志的讲话。
Seven pilot units in Beijing jointly organized by the State Economic Commission Enterprise Bureau and the Beijing Economic Commission (Yanshan Petrochemical Company, Capital Steel Company, Beijing Internal Combustion Engine Plant, Beijing Switch Factory, Beijing Refrigerator Factory, Beijing Optical Instrument Factory, Beijing Oil Pump Oil Tsui Factory Oil Tsui workshop) conducted observations and discussions and exchanged experiences. Ministry of Metallurgy, China National Petrochemical Corporation, Beijing Machinery Corporation and other relevant departments also participated in the observation activities. Everyone also took part in the opening ceremony for the drafting of the National Enterprise Management Modernization Outline, and listened to the speeches made by Comrades Yuan Baohua and Zhang Yanning, deputy directors of the State Economic Commission.
