股骨颈骨折是中老年人常见的骨折。而股骨头缺血性坏死是股骨颈骨折后常见且难治的并发症。我院自1988年至1998年共收治股骨颈骨折患者196例。其中36例发生股骨头缺血性坏死。我们运用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,取得满意的效果,现总结如下:1 临床资料 本组36例,其中男19例,女17例,年龄最大86岁,最小36岁,平均年龄66岁,运用中医中药治疗25例,手术治疗11例。治疗结果: 根据1994年修改后的髋关节功能评定标准,即疼痛分、生活能力分、关节活动分、行走距离分四项,再根据得分情况分为六级,评出疗效的总分得
