希宾斯克磷灰石 -霞石矿石除主要组分为磷灰石和霞石外 ,还含有钛磁铁矿、榍石和霓石。以前采用磁选、浮选和重选法综合利用其中的钛磁铁矿、榍石和霓石。但由于生产成本高 ,缺少有效的浮选药剂。本研究提出了磁选回收钛磁铁矿 ,用化学和机械选矿流程获得榍石精矿和霓石精矿。该方案不仅可以稳定获得高质量的榍石精矿和霓石精矿 ,而且在很大程度上降低了给料组成对工艺指标的影响。
Hibinsk apatite - nepheline ore in addition to the main components of apatite and nepheline, but also contains titanium magnetite, jadeite and aegirine. In the past using magnetic separation, flotation and re-election of the comprehensive utilization of the titanium magnetite, stone and aegirine stone. However, due to high production costs, the lack of effective flotation reagents. In this study, magnetic separation of titanium magnetite was proposed, with the chemical and mechanical beneficiation process to obtain the cristobalite concentrate and niger concentrate. The scheme can not only stably obtain high-quality cristobalite and zeolite, but also greatly reduce the influence of feed composition on the process index.
