目的 探讨颅底恶性肿瘤的诊断和治疗 ,以提高患者 5年生存率。方法 通过对 1991～ 1997年间 12例住院并施行颅底恶性肿瘤手术的病例随访跟踪 ,分析其治疗效果。结果 随访最长达 7年 ,5例生存 ,7例死亡 ;5年生存率为 41.7%。结论 ①采用颅颌面联合切除可以延长患者生命。②影响患者预后因素很多 ,很复杂 ,除治疗方法外 ,还与肿瘤的大小、病理性质等因素有关 ,主张早诊早治。③手术加放疗比任何一种单一治疗为好。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors of the skull base to improve the 5-year survival rate of patients. Methods The follow-up and follow-up of 12 patients who underwent surgery for skull base malignancy from 1991 to 1997 were analyzed. Results Follow-up up to 7 years, 5 cases survived, 7 died; 5-year survival rate was 41.7%. Conclusion 1 The use of cranial and maxillofacial resection can prolong patient life. 2 There are many factors that affect the patient’s prognosis. They are very complex. Besides the treatment methods, they are also related to the size of the tumor, pathological properties and other factors, and advocate early diagnosis and early treatment. 3 Surgery plus radiotherapy is better than any single treatment.
