本文主要介绍了在路网规划下建设上海高速公路网联网收费系统、通信系统和监控系统的必要性和主要的技术架构,并对联网收费的机构设置和运作模式做了思考。
This paper mainly introduces the necessity and main technical structure of toll collection system, communication system and monitoring system of Shanghai expressway network under the planning of road network, and makes some considerations on the establishment and operation mode of the organization of toll collection network.
