在沈阳市最近开展的“学《讲话》、办实事、送温暖”以及新一轮思想解放学习教育活动中,各级领导干部动作颇大,他们走出机关大门,积极为老百姓办实事,大力解决煤气开栓、自来水供应、动迁回迁等关乎百姓切身利益的问题,他们还走街穿巷去敲老百姓的门进行工作回访,受到老百姓的交口称赞。一个动迁回迁户拉着回访领导干部的手十分激动地说:“看到你们,一下子就觉得党离我们很近很近,市委书记、市长就像站在对面一样。”此情此景,使我想起了一位老同志说过的一段话,过去,不论是战争年代,还是解放初期,我们哪个干部不经常敲老百姓的门?进住后哪天又不是缸满院净?我们同吃一锅饭,同睡一铺炕,同抽一个笸箩里的烟,亲热得很。可现在,我们有的干部敲老百姓的门少了,有的甚至不敲了,与老百姓的关系疏远了。
