现如今,随着我国经济的高速发展,对于各大高校毕业生综合素质来说,现今社会需要的不仅仅是知识型人才,需要的更多的是实践性较高的综合型人才,换而言之,就是需要一大批具有高素质,能够独立解决工作上棘手难题的综合型人才。而在21世纪的今天,各大高职院校就承担着培养具有专业知识、能力、综合素质较高的学生,能够快速适应社会,快速进入工作状态的综合型人才。各大高校扩大招生的规模,现如今我国的高等教育不再像六七十年代一样极少普及,21世纪的高等教育已经进入了相对大众化的阶段,每年各大高校毕业的人数急剧增长,每到毕业季,就业困难的问题就会成为社会、家庭关注的焦点问题。
