法庭话语标记语all right是庭审参与人对法律程序、机构权力、心理动机等多种语境因素做出的动态顺应,它具备肯定、强调或提醒关注、提示话轮转换、打断话语和缓和面子威胁等五种元语用功能。文章主要对all right在法庭审判话语中的动态顺应进行了分析,认为这五种元语用功能在不同庭审参与人话语中的分布频率存在较大差异。
Tribunal discourse markers all right is a dynamic adaptation of court participants to a variety of contextual factors such as legal process, institutional power, psychological motivation, etc. It affirms, emphasizes or reminds attention, prompts conversions, interrupting words and easing Face threats and other five kinds of meta-language features. The article mainly analyzes all right's dynamic compliance in courtroom trial discourse, and finds that there are great differences in the distribution frequency of these five kinds of meta-discourse functions among discourse of trial court participants.
