《中华人民共和国档案法实施办法》已于1990年10月24日经国务院批准,发布实施了,这是深入实施《档案法》,加强档案法制建设,维护档案的完整与安全,有效地保护和利用档案,促进我国档案事业发展的一件大事。作为一个为档案工作者服务的老后勤工作人员,感到由衷的高兴。作为一个老后勤,为保证《档案法实施办法》的贯彻实施,为保证档案事业管理机关工作的顺利进行,尽心尽职为档案工作者排忧解难,提供优质服务,解除他们的后顾之忧是我最大的心愿。在档案部门,业务工作和后勤工作好比“车之两轮”、“鸟之双翼”。档案专业人员,就是要行使
