随着我国城镇化、现代化进程,由人口大规模流动而产生的农民工子女入学、留守儿童教育难题已引起全社会和政府的关注。为此,各地在教育布局调整中,一批寄宿制小学投入使用。我校立足校情、精心筹备,提出了“生活自理、学习自主、行为自律、健康自强”16字的寄宿生育人目标。逐步摸索出以“教育管理规范化、生活管理家庭化、活动管理特色化、评价机制多样化”为内容的准军事化寄宿管理模式,逐步形成我校教育新的特色品牌之一。
With the process of urbanization and modernization in our country, migrant workers’ children who come into school due to the large-scale population flow have drawn the concern of the whole society and the government. To this end, all over the adjustment in the education layout, a number of boarding primary schools put into use. Our school based on school conditions, well-prepared, put forward the “self-care, learning autonomy, self-discipline, health and self-reliance,” the 16-word boarding goal. Gradually explored the “standardized management of education, family management of life management, activity management characteristics, evaluation mechanism diversification ” as the content of the paramilitary residential management mode, and gradually form one of the new characteristics of our education brand.
