通过对香砂六君子汤药理作用的观察,发现香砂六君子汤能显著抑制小鼠小肠推进运动和家兔离体肠管运动;能提高大鼠胃液分泌量和酸度,但对大鼠胃蛋白酶活性无显著影响。
By observing the pharmacological effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, it was found that Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can significantly inhibit mice’s small intestine advancing exercise and isolated intestine movement in rabbits; it can increase gastric juice secretion and acidity in rats, but it can increase the level of pepsin in rats. No significant effect on activity.
