教学不是只针对少数优等生,而是应该面向全体学生。怎样才能有效地转化劳动技术课中的学困生,是我们每一位劳技教育工作者应深究的问题。本文从三个方面来浅析这个问题:关爱学困生,加强心理辅导;提高劳技课堂教学的有效性,转化学困生。转化学困生,贵在持之以恒。
Teaching is not directed at only a few top students, but should be for all students. How can we effectively transform the students with learning difficulties in labor technology class are questions that every one of our labor education practitioners should study? This article analyzes this problem from three aspects: caring for students who have difficulty in school, strengthening psychological counseling; improving the effectiveness of teaching in labor skills and transforming students with learning difficulties. Transfusion students, you are perseverance.
