近十年来,我国的住宅建设在质和量上都得到极大发展,同时,城镇居民的生活方式和生活观念也有了很大改变。这种转变直接明了地表现在人们的居住观念中。因此,一方面标准化住宅单元设计模式已向大厅小房转化;另一方面,利用装修手段来改造旧房空间。于是对于近年蓬勃发展的家庭装修业来说,改造原室内空间成为非常普遍的情况。这其中有些装修不考虑原建筑的结构,随意拆墙挖洞,而为一个危险的信号。但如何在满足结构要求的前提下最大限度地改造空间环境,是值得探索的问题。以下是一住宅装修改造实例。
