这次全院创作草图观摩会开得很好,展出的草图很多,几乎布满整个二楼展所。前来观摩的领导和老师也很多,大家认真研究,互相交流,充分体现了美院老师们的创作积极性。全院党政领导都参加了观摩并在会上并讲了话,与会者发言踊跃,体现了良好学术空气和团结祥和的创作氛围。我想首先利用这次机会,在草图观摩座谈会上传达丁关根同志在中国文联作的关于文艺创作的重要讲话,同时我想谈谈有关九届美展艺术创作的几点问题。 (一)充分认识九届美展的重要性和特殊性。
