新时代的迅速发展使人们对人才的素质要求越来越高,简单来说,人才的定义已经不再是掌握基知识的人,而是在掌握基础知识的前提之下,能够灵活运用所学知识,提高生产效率的人。人才定义的转变在小学数学教学上有着重要体现,教师已经不再沿用传统的教学方法来进行数学教学,而是采用构建生成性课堂的方式进行数学教学。本文结合小学数学的教学状况,对教师构建生成性课堂进行简要的分析与探讨,并对构建中存在的问题给予相应的方法和策略。
With the rapid development of the new era, people are demanding higher and higher quality talents. To put it simply, the definition of talent is no longer the person who masters the basic knowledge, but can make the best use of the learned under the premise of mastery of basic knowledge Knowledge, improve productivity. The transformation of talent definition plays an important role in the teaching of mathematics in primary schools. Teachers no longer follow the traditional teaching methods to carry out mathematics teaching. Instead, they use mathematics teaching to build generative classrooms. Based on the teaching situation of elementary mathematics, this article briefly analyzes and discusses the construction of productive classroom for teachers, and gives the corresponding methods and strategies to the existing problems in the construction.
