OBJECTIVE: To statistically analyze and analyze the remaining cases of narcotic drugs for injection in the operating room of the hospital, and to explore the risk of adverse effects and the possibility of standardizing the management of narcotic drugs. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to analyze and analyze the prescriptions of 10 268 narcotic drugs for injection in the operating room of our hospital from June to August in 2014. Results: The drugs with the most residual amount (the highest remaining proportion) were ketamine injection, followed by meperidine injection and remifentanil powder injection. The single margin accounted for the highest ratio of drugs ketamine injection, followed by morphine injection and pethidine injection. Conclusion: It is recommended to lower the specification and reduce the margin for the drugs with large residual amount or single margin ratio, such as ketamine injection. The use of narcotic drugs in the operating room is suggested to be refined management.
