针对深圳某浅埋暗挖隧道穿越富水砂层的施工过程进行三维数值模拟分析,讨论了暗挖隧道在有、无水平旋喷桩超前支护措施时,围岩、支护的变形及应力变化规律。结合现场地面、初支量测成果,对数值模拟分析结果进行了验证、对比,得出水平旋喷桩超前支护对控制地面沉降、支护变形及支护应力效果显著。分析了现场水平旋喷桩施工存在的问题,有针对性的提出了解决方案与发展方向。所得结论为暗挖隧道的顺利施工提供了可靠依据,可为类似地质条件、结构形式的暗挖隧道设计、施工提供借鉴。
According to the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the construction process of a shallow buried tunnel in Shenzhen through a water-rich sand layer, the deformation and stress of surrounding rock and support are discussed when the advanced excavation tunnel is under the advanced support with and without horizontal jet grouting pile The law of change. The conclusions obtained provide a reliable basis for smooth excavation tunnel construction, which can provide reference for the design and construction of undercut tunnels with similar geological conditions and structural forms.
