从独活(重齿毛当归Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan的根)中分离出七个香豆精类成分。经化学反应及光谱分析确定了结构。晶Ⅰ(甲氧基欧芹素osthol),晶Ⅱ(二氢欧山芹素columbianadin),晶Ⅲ(二氢欧山芹素乙酸酯columbianetin acetate),晶Ⅳ(二氢欧山芹醇columbianetin),晶Ⅴ(佛手柑内酯bergapten),晶Ⅵ(花椒毒素xanthotoxin),晶Ⅶ(当归醇B Angelol-B)。其中晶Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得的已知化合物。晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅳ对血小板聚集显示较明显抑制活性。
Seven coumarin components were isolated from Sophora japonica (root of Angelica pubescens Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan). The structure was determined by chemical reaction and spectral analysis. Crystal I (oxycholinol osthol), crystal II (dihydrogenasein), crystal III (columbianetin acetate), crystal IV (dihydrourinol acetatenetin), crystal V (bergamot Coprinus bergapten), crystalline VI (zanthoxanthin xanthotoxin), crystalline VII (angelic acid B Angelol-B). Crystal VII is a known compound first obtained from the plant. Crystalline I and crystal IV showed significant inhibitory activity on platelet aggregation.
