党的纪律检查工作必须适应形势和任务的发展,与时俱进,开拓创新。在党的十六大报告中,江泽民同志进一步强调,“与时俱进,就是党的全部理论和工作要体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性”。正确理解和全面领会这一要求,认真思考和积极探索纪检监察工作如何做到与时俱进,这对全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,贯彻党的十六大精神,对深入扎实地推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,具有十分重要的意义。
