目的探讨改良式Duhamel术治疗先天性巨结肠的临床价值。方法回顾性分析阜阳市人民医院2006年6月至2011年12月间收治的21例采用改良式Duhamel术治疗的先天性巨结肠患儿的临床资料,其中常见型巨结肠16例,长段型4例,短段型1例。结果改良式Duhamel术治疗的21例先天性巨结肠患儿均顺利完成手术,手术后发生盆腔积液4例,3例发生手术后大便次数增多,均经口服收敛剂治愈。随访3~24个月,无大便失禁、便秘及粪污等并发症发生。结论应用改良Duhamel术式能有效治疗先天性巨结肠,手术后并发症少,排便功能优良。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified Duhamel’s surgery for Hirschsprung’s disease. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with congenital megacolon treated with modified Duhamel technique admitted to Fuyang People’s Hospital from June 2006 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Of them, 16 cases were common type megacolon, 4 cases, 1 case of short segment. Results Modified Duhamel surgery in 21 cases of Hirschsprung children were successfully completed surgery, pelvic effusion occurred in 4 cases after surgery, 3 cases of postoperative stool frequency increased, were treated with oral astringent. Follow up for 3 to 24 months, no incontinence, constipation and fecal contamination and other complications occurred. Conclusion The modified Duhamel operation can effectively treat Hirschsprung’s disease. The postoperative complications are few and the defecation function is excellent.
