目的探讨职业潜水员的个性品质特点。方法运用《卡特尔十六种人格因素测验》(16PF),选取职业潜水员165人进行团体施测,数据采用SPSS 13.0统计处理。结果①不同工龄潜水员在聪慧性、怀疑性、世故性和创造能力因子上差异有显著性(P<0.01);②除恃强性、兴奋性、幻想性和忧虑性因子外,潜水员与常模在其他12个因子中差异有显著性(P<0.05);③与海员相比,潜水员表现为高稳定性、低兴奋性、低敏感性、较强的适应能力、高专业成就能力、高创造性等个性特点(P<0.05);④潜水员与潜水学员在聪慧性、恃强性、忧虑性、新环境中成长能力因素等因子上差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论职业潜水员作为一个特殊职业群体,有其独特的个性品质特点和要求。
Objective To explore the personality characteristics of professional divers. Methods Sixteen kinds of personality factors test (16PF) were used in the test. 165 professional divers were selected for group test. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0. Results ①Different age divers had significant differences in the factors of intelligence, suspicion, precociousness and creative ability (P <0.01). In addition to their strong, excitable, fantastic and anxious factors, diver and norm There were significant differences among the other 12 factors (P <0.05). ③ Compared with seafarers, divers showed high stability, low excitability, low sensitivity, strong adaptability, high professional achievement ability and high creativity (P <0.05). (4) There was significant difference between diver and diving student on the factors of intelligence, parenting, anxiety and growth ability in new environment (P <0.05). Conclusion Occupation diver as a special occupational group, has its unique personality characteristics and requirements.
