本文提出一项新的用于聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘(PVP-I)水溶液的效价系数,称之为溶液杀微生物活力系数(DACS),以表达PVP-I溶液的各种理化性质杀微生物作用的关系,并利用此方法来设计新的消毒杀菌剂。DACS系数为溶液流动性、表面张力、氧化还原电势以及渗透性四项参数的综合表达。结果表明,不同浓度的PVP-I溶液的DACS系数与其相应的杀微生物的活力大小呈良好的相关性。作者在实验中用电势分析法及分光光度
This article proposes a new titer factor for polyvinylpyrrolidone iodine (PVP-I) in aqueous solution, termed Solution Microbiological Activity Factor (DACS), to express the various physicochemical properties of PVP-I solution for microbicidal action Relationship, and use this method to design new sanitizers.
