为促进幼儿园与家长的合作,必须加强幼儿教师与家长的心理沟通。为此,首先要正视幼儿教师与家长在对幼儿评价、对幼儿期望值、对幼儿关怀照顾、对幼儿成长不顺利时归因以及对幼儿的教育态度、方式和方法等方面的分歧。存在分歧的主要原因在于:幼儿教师和家长与孩子的关系不同,观察孩子的时空条件不同,教育素养不同,缺乏及时的联系与沟通。为加强幼儿教师与家长的心理沟通,双方必须共同努力,全面公正地评价孩子,合情合理地爱护孩子,易位而思,互相体谅,共同提高。
In order to promote the cooperation between kindergarten and parents, psychological communication between kindergarten teachers and parents must be strengthened. To this end, we must first address the differences between kindergarten teachers and parents in evaluating children, expecting young children, caring for young children, attribution to children’s poor growth, and attitudes, methods, and methods of young children’s education. The main reasons for the differences are: preschool teachers and parents have different relations with their children, observe the children’s different time and space conditions, different educational accomplishments, and lack of timely contact and communication. In order to strengthen the psychological communication between kindergarten teachers and parents, both parties must make joint efforts to evaluate their children in an all-round and fair manner, cherish their children in a fair and reasonable manner, and reflect on each other’s feelings and mutual understanding so as to improve together.
