脑血栓是脑血管栓塞或脑缺血性疾病。研究制疗脑血拴的药物,对脑血栓患者是一福音。本实验是用新研制的溶栓丸浸出液,做药物效应的动物实验报道。实验包括体外溶解血凝块的实验和体内溶解栓塞的实验。体内实验采取颈总动脉和颈外静脉插管搭桥手术法,人为的制成血管内栓塞的动物模型,用来研究药物的溶栓效应。实验结果证明,溶栓丸具有较强的溶栓效力。本项实验为溶栓丸治疗脑梗塞和脑血栓,提供了理论和实验根据。
Cerebral thrombosis is cerebral vascular embolism or cerebral ischemic disease. Studying drugs for the treatment of cerebral blood stasis is a boon for patients with cerebral thrombosis. In this experiment, a newly developed thrombolytic pill leachate was used as an animal experiment for drug effects. Experiments included in vitro dissolution of blood clots and in vivo lysis tests. In vivo experiments using the common carotid artery and the external jugular vein intubation bypass surgery, artificially made intravascular embolization animal model used to study the thrombolytic effect of drugs. The experimental results show that thrombolytic pills have strong thrombolytic efficacy. This experiment provided theoretical and experimental basis for the treatment of cerebral infarction and cerebral thrombosis with thrombolytic pills.
