在我国发展的重要历史关头,我们党胜利地召开了十三届五中全会。会议审议并通过《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》,提出了用三年或者更长一些时间,基本完成治理整顿任务。中央的《决定》是在科学地分析形势的基础上作出的,指明了前进的方向,代表了工人阶级和广大劳动人民最根本的利益,我们广大职工热烈拥护中央全会的决定,并要认真学习、坚决贯彻《决定》的精神,在党中央的领导下,齐心协力搞好进一步的治理整顿和深化改
